You can feel good about the food we serve here.
In our bagel shop we serve Authentic NYC, kettle boiled bagels and bialys. They are shipped directly to us from the city where we then thaw and bake to perfection. Why don’t we make them? We all know that the best and most delicious bagels come from NYC. We’ve heard it’s the NYC water that makes these bagels so delicious. They have a glossy sheen and crunch on the outside with a chewy, soft inside. Our bagels and bialys are all-natural, 100% kosher, free of preservatives, artificial flavors, colors and dough conditioners.
Our pork, chicken and eggs are sourced from a farm 6 miles from our shop. The animals are raised on lush green pastures and supplemented with Non-GMO feed when necessary.
We strive to support local farms and businesses in our community. We will source all produce locally when available. Organic flour is used for our baking needs as well.
We offer Recess Coffee roasted in Syracuse, NY. This coffee is deeply rich in flavor yet has a very smooth finish. Recess sources all of their fairly traded beans direct from farms with missions of sustainability and ethical practices.
